Desiccant Usage
From groundbreaking campaigns to innovative desiccant suppliers, see how we’ve helped businesses achieve their goals and stand out in their industries.

Container Desiccant
Container desiccants are highly absorbent moisture control solutions designed to protect goods during shipping, transit, and long-term storage. By actively pulling excess humidity from the air, they prevent “container rain” (condensation dripping from container walls) and protect items from rust, mold, and mildew.

Food Grade Desiccants
When using desiccants for food, the safest and most effective choice is food-grade silica gel or food-safe bentonite clay. These packets absorb ambient moisture to prevent dry goods—like spices, jerky, coffee, and nuts—from clumping, molding, or going stale in tightly sealed containers.

“We saw a significant increase in website traffic and sales within just a few months. I recommend the marketing agency.“

“The agency completely transformed our strategy. They’re a true marketing partner, and we’re thrilled with the results.”
Willie Brown

“Their expertise and their data-driven approach allowed us to optimize our campaigns for maximum impact.”

Silica Gel Desiccant
Overview: The most common commercial and consumer desiccant. It is an inert, non-toxic, highly porous form of silicon dioxide.
Best Used For: Electronics, pharmaceuticals, food packaging, and leather goods.
Special Features: Available in non-indicating (white) and indicating (orange or blue) versions. Indicating silica gel changes color when saturated, making it easy to know when it needs to be recharged or replaced. It can generally be reactivated by baking it in an oven.
Clay Desiccant
Overview: A naturally occurring, highly porous mineral composed of magnesium aluminum silicate.
Best Used For: Packaging heavy machinery, military equipment, optical devices, and shipping containers.
Special Features: Clay desiccant is a low-cost, eco-friendly option that performs exceptionally well at lower relative humidity levels, making it a reliable choice for long-term storage and cargo.
